Our CONTEST has generated discussions on many topics stemming from the question of: How do we create a trusting community? Please look at the Discussion Summary and the Archives to gain an appreciation of online trust from one of the following perspectives:

  1. How should we establish personal trust on the Internet?
  2. How should we create trust guarantors on the Internet?
  3. How can a community enforce the membership trust on the Internet?

In each of these situations, how can trust be abused and what protections would the participants build against abuse of trust?

Please continue posting your views.

To Succeed, We Will:

  • Sponsor a contest for students and recent graduates to discuss ways to build trust online.
  • Build a community of our own and find and develop leaders in this topic.
